During my xmas stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. the location was convenient as it was close to a lively shopping area and offered easy access to public transportation. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served every morning.

The slow and unreliable internet connection. the pool area and room service menu were quite limited.

For the meetings we had planned, the location was good and allowed auick access to main roads.The bar and restaurant on the roof was very good and offered great views across the gulf.

My room was too hot. During an unseasonally warm November (air temp 28/29 'C) the heating was turned on and aircon turned off. Not able to control in the room. When I asked, I was told that "the heating had been turned on centrally as it was November". My room was around 34'C (and opening the window was too noisy due to the road).

Comfortable room size. Enjoyed a tasty breakfast! 🍳

the breakfast is wonderful and the staff is friendly. location was good, just 1.9 miles to old town. stay there and enjoy your izmit trip. hotel's parking is on site.

Very friendly staff, they were trying to help at anytime, very nice design, like it a lot, even that we traveled from the other side of the world.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the town center, railway station, and nightlife. the rooms are functional and clean, and some offer beautiful panoramic views of the sea. the hotel staff are friendly and willing to help. the terrace restaurant serves delicious food with quick service. the indoor swimming pool and gym are a nice touch.

One minor issue was the lack of some items in the room such as tissues, a bathmat, or a wine opener, which would have been expected.

The location was excellent, and the accomodations were very western oriented.

Being a student I was looking for the cheapest hotel, since the nearest hostel was 29 km away. However, Kocaeli had other hotels that weren't on the Booked.net list that may have been exceedingly cheaper. So, that was disappointing. Wes Hotel isn't for students really. Buisnessmen, honeymooners, not families or students.

Brand new with fancy lighting system, very nice and friendly/helpful staff.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel in the city center and close to many needful areas. The modern and clean hotel facilities were superb, including the indoor swimming pool and small attached gym. The hotel valet parked our car and there was enough parking space. The breakfast from the rooftop restaurant was excellent with amazing views of this city. The staff treated us with warmth and welcome smiles, and they were very helpful in English.

A very nice hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful to give us a nice meal, although we arrived almost 11pm. The restaurant is on the top floor with a wonderful view.

A bit complicated to get to the hotel - especially without gps - but we eventually made it!

The location of the hotel is ideal, close to shops, restaurants etc. The sea view from our room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and nicely decorated.

Food and drinks at the hotel are a bit expensive, particularly the minibar (prices were up to 6 times retail on some items.

Location is great and very convenient for exploring the city. It's close to public transportation and easy to get around. The breakfast selection is really good with lots of different options to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. They offer a car parking close to the hotel which is very useful for those driving.

The hotel needs some serious updates. The rooms are outdated and in need of refurbishing.

The Wes Hotel in Kocaeli exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were superb, with a beautiful rooftop restaurant and impressive sport facilities. The location was ideal, close to the town center and shopping areas. The sea facing rooms offered stunning views and a refreshing breeze. a wonderful experience.

The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel had great amenities, including an indoor swimming pool and a gym. I loved the view from my room, it was breathtaking. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
